Microjustice Kenya (MJK) started by educating the people on the importance of birth certificates, National Identity Cards and has recently grown to offer group registration services, which enables women and youth to access government funds under the new constitution.
Through its direct engagement with the Kenyan population at the grassroots level, MJK has discovered that there is also a need to start providing family succession-related services to avoid conflict after the death of a family member and to protect those with right to property.
